Booking hours represent the time frames you would like to accept bookings. They CAN differ from your hours of operation (which define the opening/closing times of your venue).
1) Click on the 'Main Menu' (top lefthand corner of the App).
2) Select 'Booking Hours'.
This will open the 'Booking Hours' section.
3) To make changes to your booking hours, simply click the green 'Edit' button to the right of the day you would like to modify. You'll then be able to select the time window(s) that you would like to accept bookings.
To add an additional time window, 5pm - 8pm, for example, select the two times and they will be added to the list.
*If a time window needs to be removed, simply click the red 'Remove' button to the right of the time frame.
**If you try to add a booking on the App outside of your booking hours, you will be presented with 'red' time slots. Internally you will be able to make the booking, however, these time slots will not be available to the general public on your Zomato listing or website/Facebook booking widget.
***You are NOT able to make bookings outside of your hours of operation.
Booking Hours - Restrict bookings
If you do NOT want to receive bookings on a particular day (Sundays, for example), you can simply remove booking hours on that day.
Sundays will now show, 'No booking hours available'.
This will also be clearly defined in red on your calendar.
*Bookings cannot be made internally (or externally) on days where there are no 'booking hours.'
**Remember, this section controls 'booking hours' and NOT the venue's actual 'hours of operation' (open/closing times). Booking hours reflect only the time period when bookings can be made (entirely independent of the venue's actual operating hours).
